Am I taxed and if so, how much, if my federal incorporation makes a dividend?
I run a Canadian Federal Incorporation. Are cash dividends taxed, and if so, how much? Also, where can I get a template that I can use to declare a dividend in my minute book?

- Yes you are taxed on cash dividends but you will be able to claim the dividend tax credit to offset the tax the corporation has allready paid. How much depends on your marginal tax rate. Use calculator below http://www.tax-services.ca/personal-tax.html
