how can I create a Financial Model for financial assets allocation?

I am trying to make financial assets allocation model. in other words , I want to construct a financial model , for allocating of financial assets. how can I do that? what is its process ?

1. First, firmly establish your goals and risk tolerance. BE HONEST. No allocation model has worth if not adhered to. Decide which investment vehicles you like, from bonds, stocks, real estate, cash, commodities, and yes even widgets. For allocation to work, you'll need to come up with a forecast method that works for you. This must encompass all pertinent financial indicators from interest rates, to sales, earnings, inflation, and yes widgets. My forecasting runs on guts, glory, and Karma, for all the math still comes down to what someone will pay at some point in the future for what I own. Its all about perception and conversion. With that said, your allocations will change based upon the information you receive, so stay wired.
