California State East Bay's Industrial Engineering Program?

Anyone take any coursework related to receiving a B.S. in Industrial Engineering at CSU East Bay? I've been wanting to explore engineering programs close to home / work (I work at a chemical plant), that could help me attain a higher position. Do you think that the teachers and standards are sufficient to attaining a position such as a quality engineer, manufacturing engineer, or any other related position? Thanks for your time, guys!
