Owner/President of company forgot to sign incorporation papers, so I did. Do I now own the company?

I am an employee and dropped of the incorporation/reincorporation papers. Owner did not sign incorporation papers so they let me. Do I now own the company or legally have any power I previously did not have? Just wanted to find out before I tried to start making changes. Thanks!

1. Talk to the people where you signed and delivered the papers. They'll tell it like it is.
2. if it's a corporation then no, you don't own the company. Whoever owns the stock owns the company. But you may want to have a lawyer look into validity of the papers you signed. If you're not an "officer" of the company and you signed the papers, they may be invalid since you are not an authorized person to sign corporate documents.
