Can Cal State East Bay reject you for getting a D in math and dropping the 2nd semester of the class?

I'm a senior in high school and it looks like I'm going to get a D in my precalculus class. I applied to Cal State East Bay and I was wondering if they could reject me for that? They said only 3 years of math were needed for acceptance and this is my fourth. I'm also dropping this class next semester.

1. u have to make up that class, they will reject ur application if they see a D or F on an application. it does not matter how many years of math u have taken, a D in any class must be made up even in an elective class they are really strict about that.
