Where in the East Bay can I get a Flaming Dr Pepper?

I really want to go out somewhere in the east bay and get a Flaming Dr Pepper with some of my co-workers. Where can we go? Every place that I've asked says that they don't make them. Any suggestions? We are near Lafayette/Walnut creek but are willing to travel a bit. :)

1. Its illegal to use fire in some places, or most places. I would try high volume sports bar not club. Or you can always make it yourself (half pint of lager, shot glass with amaretto and bacardi 151 on top, light the bacardi and drop it in beer glass, chug it)
