Where is a good place in the east bay area to get pictures taken?

My friends and I are looking for a place to get pictures taken for christmas. We live in the east bay area [california]. Hopefully we can find a place with good prices and christmas themes as soon as possible. My family is also trying to find a place to get pictures taken. Thanks so much it is greatly appreciated.

1. Right off the Oakland Airport runway is a big water tank that has been made up to look like the Oakland A's elephant mascot complete with trunk. Iit's really, really cool! Just watch out for incoming planes and you'll need to figure out how to get on to the tarmac to click that quick picture too.
