what formalities I have to complete during the course of Incorporation of a I T Company?

I have to form an IT company which main object will be developing various kind of software and sell, purchase, import/export or transfer the IT related things. I want to know that is there any requirement of taking approval from the government for such incorporation apart from the ROC(Registrar of Companies) formalities.
